Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at riflerodandrepair@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
